| How Do I Order A Gift Basket?
You can order online 24 hours a day - 7 days a week or you may call customer Service at - 941-423-3052.
Orders received Business days are Monday - Friday. Sunday and Holidays are not business days. Our shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. The time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery you choose, location of the recipient, weather conditions, holidays, occasional delays by carriers, and other factors, such as an incorrect addressees can all impact the delivery and arrival date of your gift. We will always do everything possible to expedite your gift order, however we cannot guarantee specific dates or times of arrival. We try to process orders as quickly as possible usually within 24 hours to 72 after receipt of the order. We may need some additional time to process orders due to high volume or temporarily out of stock items. You will be notified via email if an item is no longer available.

What Credit Cards Are Accepted?

What Are The Hours Of Operation?
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m EST. Orders can be placed online 24 hrs a day - 7 days a week.
Will A Gift Card Be Included?
Yes, a gift card is included with your order. During the checkout process you will be prompted to write a gift message.
Electronic Check Payments: Payment made via Electronic Checks. Order will be processed when payment clears bank.
Order Processing: We are not responsible for delays in processing due to transmission delays or technical failures.
Ordering - Large Offices or Buildings: Please let your recipient know to expect a package. Gift Baskets Etc is not responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. For business addresses, please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite number, recipient's name and department, if applicable. Many companies have one central location for deliveries and that department is responsible for getting the package to your recipient once it is delivered.
Where Do We Ship? United States to 48 States. Alaska & Hawaii Additional shipping applies. We regret do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders: We accept orders for International delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Order needs to be placed through International Gifts and Canada Gift Baskets Shop. |
