How Do I Order A Gift Basket?
You can order online 24 hours a day - 7 days a week or you may call customer Service at - 941-423-3052 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday- Friday.
Business days are Monday - Friday. Saturday Sunday and Holidays are not business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day. Our shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. The time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery you choose, location of the recipient, weather conditions, holidays, occasional delays by carriers, and other factors, such as an incorrect addressees can all impact the delivery and arrival date of your gift.
We will always do everything possible to expedite your gift order, however we cannot guarantee specific dates or times of arrival. We try to process orders as quickly as possible usually within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of the order Monday - Friday. We may need some additional time to process orders due to high volume or temporarily out of stock items and personalized gifts. You will be notified via email if an item is no longer available or any delays. Processing time for personalized gifts 7- 10 business days.

What shipping options do you offer?
Gifts are shipped via carriers - UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS. Standard Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day delivery.
Signature Request: FedEx and UPS now release packages without a signature at their own discretion with the exception of wine baskets.. In addition, they do not pay claims of any kind of these deliveries if they come up missing. You may request a signature on your orders for an additional fee of $5.75 per box (the carriers fee, not ours) which guarantees the carrier pays a claim in the event your package goes missing. Please request a signature in the special comments of your order if you wish to receive one.
We highly recommend you order early so that your gift arrives in time for Christmas or other Holidays to avoid any disappointments. Delays in delivery may occur during the Holiday season and last minute ordering. Please allow extra time during Holiday seasons. Expedited delivery is available during checkout. Please be aware that during the second and third week of December, it is not uncommon for the carriers to suspend time-in-transit guarantees.

What Credit Card Payments Are Accepted?
Gift Baskets Etc gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit card payments. We also accept credit card payments though Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay.
What Are The Hours Of Operation?
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST. Excluding Holidays. Orders can be placed online 24 hrs a day - 7 days a week.
What days do carriers deliver? In most areas, delivers Monday through Friday. For special packages they will deliver on Saturday at an additional cost but not in every area or zip code. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional. They do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Will A Gift Card Be Included?
Yes, a free gift card is included with your order. During the checkout process you will be prompted to write a gift message. (OPTIONAL)
Electronic Check Payments: Payment made via Electronic Checks. Order will be processed when payment clears bank.
Order Processing: We are not responsible for delays in processing due to transmission delays or technical failures.
Ordering - Large Offices or Buildings: Please let your recipient know to expect a package. Gift Baskets Etc is NOT responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package or for lost or stolen packages after delivery. For business addresses, please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite number, recipient's name and department, if applicable. Many companies have one central location for deliveries and that department is responsible for getting the package to your recipient once it is delivered.
Where Do We Ship? United States to 50 States. Alaska & Hawaii - Requires 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Additional cost of shipping applies. We regret do not ship to PO Boxes.
